Indeed, the world’s #1 job site, is launching the second season of its popular initiative ‘Rising Voices.’ In collaboration with Lena Waither and Hillman Grad Productions, Indeed: Rising Voices was created to promote not only the meaningful message that jobs create better lives, but also to discover and invest in the work of Black, Indigenous and People of Color.

This season, Indeed will invest $3 million in Rising Voices, which goes towards $10K for writing and directing, a $100k production budget, and incredible internships with leading BIPOC filmmakers like Rayka Sehtabchi, Academy Award winning Iranian-American filmmaker. Investing in BIPOC film talent also includes the launch of a new Production and Development lab and a 12-month residency program.

This season’s selection of Indeed: Rising Voices filmmakers will also share their short films at the Tribeca Film Festival in June, 2022, promoting the work of BIPOC filmmakers globally, and helping to set them up for a lifetime of achievement. indeed.com
