After watching the bonus video about the corpse pose, I tried it out and it works really well. I was so tired the other day after a tough day in the garden, tilling the soil and I just needed a natural pick me up. I tried the corpse pose for about 5 to 7 minutes and I felt like I had just woken up for a full night's sleep. It was great!
The car scene was so lame, I loved this episode but I think that was a terrible ending!

Oh man, I'm really glad I didn't crash the car. That was a close one. I'm sure that Mike would not be pleased. But with 137 safety features, I mean, how can I not feel safe, right?
