Karenace, there are so many ways you can find book clubs in your area. Just check out the book club sections of this site and there might even be a book club near you!

I am a total bookworm too! I have never even considered joining a book club, I thought they were just for old ladies who didn't have anything else to do! (Not a bad thing, I am actually looking forward to that time.. a bit crazy as a working mother!!) But this looks great, I want to find one in my area!
